Inversion Workshop | Omaha

Turn your practice upside down—literally! Join Alex J. for this 90-minute inversion workshop is designed for students who are curious about going upside down and want to explore the world of inversions in a supportive, playful, and informative environment. Whether you're new to inversions or looking to deepen your existing practice, this workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of postures such as Headstand (Sirsasana), Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana), and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana). We’ll break down alignment, build the necessary strength and mobility, and address common fears that come with being inverted. Cost is $25 per person, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. Come ready to flip your perspective and gain confidence getting upside down!
